Our deluxe model, the Double Wide units are 24' x 42' through 24' x 50' and have three bedrooms and two full baths. A laundry area, which has a washer and dryer, is included for your convenience. Our 14 Wide units come in 14' x 54' through 14' x 60' sizes. The 14' x 54' sizes have two bedrooms, and 1 ½ baths( the ½ bath includes a sink and toilet). A laundry area is included, equipped with a washer and a dryer. These units have full kitchens that are equipped with refrigerators, stove/ovens and dishwashers. In addition to being larger the 14' x 60' units come with 1 ¾ baths ( which includes a sink toilet and shower). Check out the Interior Here.
Our 12 Wide units come in 12' x 40' through 12' x 60' sizes. These have two bedrooms, either 1 or 1½ baths. Check out the Interior Here.
All our units are fully furnished to your specifications which could include:
- Sofa, love seat, Coffee, and end tables for the living room
- Table/chairs in the dinning area
- Full, Single or bunk beds and up to 2 chest of drawers for each bedroom
